Olive Garden is an iconic restaurant chain in the United States. Whether it is for their unlimited garlic breadsticks or the heaping servings of Chicken Alfredo, the restaurant chain is a well-loved institution of casual dining.
Filipinos can now enjoy what makes Olive Garden so special as it opens its first branch in the Philippines. Located as the 2nd level of the Entertainment Mall in SM Mall of Asia, the brand was brought to Philippine shores by Filipino franchising company The Bistro Group, the same company that brought well-loved brands such as TGI Fridays, Italianni’s, Texas Roadhouse, Hard Rock Café, and many more.
“Olive Garden and The Bistro Group share the same values and live by a similar dining philosophy. Great hospitality and generosity in service and food quality are at the core of our business. We believe we are a good fit. We are excited to collaborate with Olive Garden and we look forward to a successful launch of this world-class concept,” The Bistro Group President Jean Paul Manuud shared.
Olive Garden’s menu offers Italian-American classics all prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients. It also brings the unlimited soup or salad which is also offered in US branches. Other dishes that are available include the Tour of Italy — a sampler of Olive Garden favorites Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna Classico, and Chicken Parmigiana. There is also the Shrimp Scampi which is perfect for those looking for a lighter meal. For those who are staying away from carbs, the Grilled Chicken Margherita is a treat, featuring grilled chicken topped with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil pesto, and a lemon-garlic sauce and paired with parmesan-crusted zucchini on the side.
Whether you’d want an intimate meal, a hearty celebration with family and friends, or a relaxing drink at the bar, Olive Garden has a space for you.
