Take a trip down memory lane at Silogue on the ground floor with childhood favorite, Ice Crumble. This Filipino-style shaved ice treat with powdered milk and choco sprinkles is a throwback to the classic street-side dessert that was popular in the 90s.

The specialty cocktails include the Hibiscus Bloom made with Beefeater Pink Gin, hibiscus tea, and grenadine; the Hooty Hoo with Jose Cuervo Tequila, red bell pepper, and strawberry syrup; and the Pink Beach with Arbor Mist Pink Moscato, Beefeater Pink Gin, and homemade strawberry and cherry syrup.

Start light with Barcino’s Sparkling Rose Sangria made with Sandra Rose, Luisita Rum, watermelon puree, and lychee syrup. Next door, at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, the Overthyme is worth a try.
The cocktail combines thyme, oregano and strawberry with Botanist Gin and ginger beer. The special drink comes with a zing from a dash of balsamic vinegar and fresh ruby red grapefruit juice. Over at Rafael’s Tapas Bar and Restaurant, Tin’s Delight, a vodka based drink mixed with strawberry, cucumber, and basil leaves excite diners’ palates. While the Strawberry Margarita at Nikkei Robata gives a pink twist to the classic drink made with Volcan Blanco tequila, Cointreau, strawberry puree, and lime juice.
