Megaworld Corp. expects to generate P3.2 billion in sales from its latest Makati residential project, Vion West in its Vion Tower residential development located in EDSA-Chino Roces avenue.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
“The 34-storey Vion West will be located within walking distance from the proposed Magallanes transport hub. Plans are in place to connect the tower to future pedestrian walkways along Chino Roces Avenue, as well as other future transport systems,” Megaworld said.
It will offer units ranging from Studio (up to 28.5 square meters), Executive Studio (up to 31.5 sq.m.), Studio with balcony (up to 32 sqm.), One-Bedroom (34.5 sqm.), Executive One- Bedroom (up to 48.5 sq.m.), and Two-Bedroom with Balcony (up to 60 sq.m.).
“Units at Vion West will be equipped with a wireless smart home system that allows residents to control lighting fixtures and smart appliances remotely using a smartphone app,” Megaworld said.
Megaworld said Vion West will also feature amenities exclusive to residents, which include a 25-meter lap pool and wading pool, pool deck with sunbathing area, fitness center, outdoor fitness area, function room, daycare, an outdoor play area, game room, library room, dance studio and open lawn areas.
Future residents will also gain access to a sky lounge and viewing deck on the 28th floor, as well as a roof deck garden at the topmost floor, where they can enjoy luxurious views of the skylines of Makati City and the Manila Bay area.
Vion West is only about five minutes away from the Makati central business district via EDSA, less than 10 minutes away to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) via Skyway and NAIAX, about 15 minutes away from the bustling Entertainment City and Manila Bay area, and only 20 minutes away from Quezon City via MRT. The MRT Magallanes station is a two-minute walk from the tower.
