‘Damosa Land is celebrated for its pioneering and sustainable development initiatives spanning residential, commercial, office space, and industrial real estate

“We want to do something good for Mindanao.”

Damosa Land has certainly been doing that since the 2000s when it was spun off from Damosa Motor Sales, the exclusive distributor of Ford vehicles in Mindanao started in 1949 by Antonio Floirendo Sr. also founder of the ANFLO Group of Companies.

Damosa Land converted the lands that used to house the dealerships which became the starting point of the company’s projects.

Today, Damosa is led by Floirendo’s grandson, Ricardo Lagdameo who has set big plans for the real estate arm of the Anflo Group.

Damosa Land is celebrated for its pioneering and sustainable development initiatives spanning residential, commercial, office space, and industrial real estate sectors. From the highly-regarded residential subdivision of Ameria to innovative industrial estates and the new marina lifestyle community in Bridgeport, each project underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to sustainability, innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Damosa Land is celebrating its 20th founding anniversary this year.

In a press briefing last week, Lagdameo announced the launch this year of four projects of Damosa Land.

Lagdameo presents the Damosa Land’s past and future projects in a media briefing in Makati City on Feb, 28, 2024.

New projects

Agriya Gardens, is a 12-hectare development within Agriya Estates in Panabo.

A prestigious low-density, high-end residential community, Agriya Gardens features meticulously designed open spaces. With strategically placed social areas within the linear park, residents can enjoy a seamless blend of luxury and nature.

Agriya Gardens comprises 404 house and lot units priced at P7.5 million to P15 million.

The second project is Kahi Estates, Damosa Land’s inaugural agri-residence in Davao City that champions wellness and embraces multigenerational-living incorporating modern Filipino architecture.

Inspired by innovative concepts that combine agriculture and residence, the community features green and sustainable technology that fosters a harmonious blend with nature.

Kahi Estates is a high end, low-density residential project comprising 48 units with cuts of 400 to 600 square meters (sq.m.) open lots priced at P45,000 to P50,000 per sq.m.

Both projects are set to be launched within three to four months.

At the Damosa Diamond Tower, Mindanao’s first certified green office building, the company will build its fourth co-working space under the International Workplace Group (IWG) franchise.

This will provide office space solutions for professionals from diverse industries which can interact and forge partnerships that will further expand the business community.

The facility will add 360 working stations and 40 to 48 private office spaces.

Lagdameo said Damosa Land will launch this year a 100-key hotel in Samal Island.

Ongoing projects

Damosa Land takes pride in Agriya, an 88-hectare agritourism development in Panabo City, Davao del Norte as this resonates well with the Anflo Group’s and Mindanao’s core: agriculture.

The project features four distinct zones: residential, commercial, institutional, and
agritourism, with a focus on progressive agriculture.

In the residential segment, Damosa Land has Ameria located in Agriya township and is the first premier subdivision in Davao del Norte.

Each unit at America offers generous lot sizes and encourages residents to embrace farming in their backyards. Each homeowner received a plant box and gardening kit in their backyard.

For mixed use, ongoing is Bridgeport, a marina harbor lifestyle community spread over 13 hectares in Samal Island.

Inspired by East Coast Hampton architectural style, it features upper and mid-level residential areas and a lower waterfront area.
