Araneta City expands IT zone with Cyberpark 3

Araneta City adds another property to its information and technology zone and office district through Cyberpark Tower 3.

Senior officials of Araneta City, TELUS, JLL Philippines, and DATEM, Inc. came together for the topping-off ceremony of Cyberpark 3 on June 27.

The event marks a significant milestone for the 30-storey office building, which will deliver LEED-certified state-of-the-art facilities to the growing business district in Araneta City.  It also marks the expansion of the five-tower P25 billion Cyberpark, enhancing Araneta City’s position as a leading business district in Metro Manila.

Cyberpark 3 features 28 levels of office spaces, three basement parking levels, and two floors of retail space on its podium.

“Cyberpark 3 is more than just a building; it is a symbol of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We are excited to soon share this development and provide a premier workspace that caters to the evolving needs of various businesses,” said Marjorie Go, Araneta City head of marketing.

Cyberpark 3 features 28 levels of office spaces, three basement parking levels, and two floors of retail space on its podium.

The property has approximately 2,500 square meters (sq.m.) per floor and a gross floor area of 80,000 sq.m. (excluding basement). It is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including 100 percent backup power and a smart elevator system designed to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Cyberpark 3’s LEED certification highlights Araneta City’s commitment to making a positive impact on the community and the environment. The building also features renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, a rainwater collection system, solar panels, among others.

“This milestone not only signifies the nearing completion of the latest addition to our expanding Cyberpark business district. It also represents a significant step forward for Araneta City’s position as a premier business destination in the Philippines,” Go added.  Cyberpark 3 is expected to be completed in 2025.
