DataLand Inc. looks to generate P11 billion in its Quezon City office and residential project.

Company officials said the project, 947 Sky Towers, will be launched by the end of the first quarter of next year. The two-tower mixed use project is eyed to become one of the future landmarks of the EDSA skyline standing at 55 and 54 floors.

Felimon Yee Jr., DataLand vice president for business development and customer turnover group, said the office segment of the project will comprise four floors with units averaging at 100 to 200 square meters (sq.m.) eyed for traditional office space occupiers.

The residential unit, meanwhile, will have studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 20 to 98 sq.m., sold at around P170,000 to P180,000 per sq.m., said Yee.

A total of 1,755 units will be made available in the market, added Yee.

DataLand is on its 10th year of operations.

Engr. Andrea Tamayo-Ulep, DataLand president, said as the company marks its 10th anniversary, it continues with its mission of ensuring its “enduring relevance” to Filipinos.

“More than just building structure and creating homes, our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of lives of the most ordinary of Filipinos, which they truly deserve,” she said.

Marian Roxas, DataLand vice president and head of sales and marketing, said as a developer, the company will continue to “innovate on products that add value to our clients and that deliver on our promise of quality, at prices that continue to be accessible and flexible to the mid-income sector.”

By the end of 2023, DataLand will also launch a new 4,833-sq.m. mixed-use residential and office condominium development in Sta. Ana, Makati City. Located along Carreon delas Alas Street, it is strategically located very near Circuit Makati. – Ruelle Castro
