When I received the invitation to attend Czarina Ablaza-Syquia’s “debut” by    I immediately replied and  said ”yes”.  Although many years my junior, the always-fashionable Czarina Ablaza-Syquia, is the only and youngest daughter of my dear friends, Honorary Consuls Louie and Mellie Ablaza – the couple I very much respect and love and attending this event is something I would not want to miss.
