THE other week, I was invited to try out the new fourteen-course degustation menu at VASK Gallery by Chef Chele Gonzales. Chef Chele worked at some of the best restaurants in the world such as, El Celler de Can Roca, Mugaritz, and Arzak, in Spain.

LAST September 5, I was invited to attend the EC Gas Brand Launch for the unveiling of their latest product, the Eastern Composite (EC) Gas LPG cylinder. The launch took place at Manila Polo club, where I was seated at a table with celebrity chefs including Bruce Lim, Rosebud Benitez, Jackie Ang Po, Sau del Rosario, and Tristan Encarnacion, as well as restaurateur Mike Concepcion, actress/baker/ businesswoman Bettina Carlos, and even Bureau of Fire Protection Chief Superintendent Carlito S. Romero.
