Arbi Barbarona‘s film “Tu Pug Imatuy” (“The Right to Kill”) shone with six awards at the Sinag Maynila 2017 Gabi ng Parangal last Sunday, March 12, in SM Aura Premier in Taguig. The film, inspired by true events on the Manobos plight in Mindanao, went home with the trophies for best picture, best director, best music, best screenplay for Arnel Mardoquio, best cinematography for Barbarona and Bryan Jimenez and best actress for Malona Sulatan.
