DOTr gives consortium original proponent status

CLARK, Pampanga. --  The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has given the  so-called super consortium composed of seven conglomerates an original proponent status (OPS) on its P106-billion unsolicited proposal for the expansion, rehabilitation and operation of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

FORMER President Benigno Aquino III yesterday said he was denied due process by the National Bureau of Investigation which is asking the Office of the Ombudsman to prosecute him in connection with the P3.5-billion procurement of the controversial Dengvaxia vaccine for his government’s anti-dengue vaccination program.
