Denials, tirades on drug criticisms won’t do: Ping

SEN. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson yesterday said government should use facts and better communication strategies to address criticisms made by the European Union and the United States State Department on the country’s anti-drugs campaign, adding outright denials and angry tirades won’t cut it.
