Zinnia Towers’ 2nd bldg ready for turnover

DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, said the second building of its Zinnia Towers’ development in North Edsa, Quezon City is ready for turnover. 017.

The on-schedule turnover of the 45-level tower marks the completion of the two-tower development.

Zinnia Towers’ 40-level North Tower was earlier completed in May 2016.

The turnover of Zinnia Towers’ South Towerbrings DMCI Homes completed buildings among its projects to a total of 19 this year, four of which were completed one year ahead of schedule namely Lumiere Residences’ East Tower, Sheridan Towers’ South Tower, and Mirea Residences’ Solana and Selenia buildings.
