SMDC expands in new areas

SM Development Corp. is expanding in new areas to serve growing demand for housing. broke ground recently for the first vertical development in Marilao, Bulacan, Cheer Residences.

“This expansion to new areas such as the suburbs of Marilao, Bulacan is part of our commitment to make the Philippines a nation of homeowners,” said Jose Mari Banzon, executive vice president of SMDC.
