High-end projects fuel Anchor Land sales in ’16

Property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) said its high-end residential properties fuelled company sales which grew double digit in 2016.

The company will turn over  to new owners this year  units in Monarch Parksuites in ASEANA Bay City.

Units in Admiral Baysuites on  Roxas boulevard and Clairemont Hills in San Juan are now ready for occupancy.

AHLI’s ongoing projects include Admiral Grandsuites also on Roxas boulevard; Anchor Grandsuites and Princeview Parksuites in Binondo; Baylife Venue in ASEANA; Oxford  Parksuites, Anchor Land Corporate Center and Admiral Hotel-M Gallery.

Known for its ability to identify previously untapped areas of development, ALHI continuously makes trailblazing projects that recreate city landscapes in Metro Manila.

In Binondo alone, the company has been successful in meeting the demands of both home and business owners.

Situated at the center of bustling Manila Chinatown, the 39-storey Princeview Parksuites is near commercial and office establishments, as well as community churches and hospitals. Also within the area is Anchor Grandsuites, which rides on a rich historical background story involving national hero Jose Rizal and the original manuscript of his first novel, Noli Me Tangere.

Another area that is beginning to show its potential for future economic growth is ASEANA Bay City.

Units in Monarch Parksuites, located within Philippine Entertainment City and SM Mall of Asia Complex, will soon be turned over to its new owners to enjoy the perks of living near Asia’s future tourism capital and center for entertainment, gaming and shopping that includes City of Dreams, Solaire Resort and Casino, Okada Manila, among others.

Not too far away is the five-storey Baylife Venue, which is a new dining and meeting place that includes private and open dining areas, commercial units, function rooms, holding rooms, and a roof deck.

Included within the property will be East Ocean Restaurant, a first of its kind in the country, and is the Philippines’ biggest seafood restaurant.

Admiral Baysuites will introduce the revival of Admiral Hotel, which is the first brand of M-Gallery by Sofitel in the country. Currently in construction stage is neighboring Admiral Grandsuites, which is designed to become the new mark of ultimate luxury and modern condo living in Manila.

It offers a 360-degree view of the magnificent Manila Bay.

San Juan  is another area where ALHI has made its mark in 2016, this time with the completion of Clairemont Hills.

An exclusive townhouse and residential condominium development combined, this gated community is near schools like Xavier School and Immaculate Conception Academy.
