Bayswater bags awards for first high-rise project

27 Annapolis, Bayswater Realty’s first foray into real estate, recently won  Best High End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Best Condo Development in the Philippines from the Philippine Property Awards.

A new player in a field of giants, Bayswater started in 2013. Its 27 Annapolis project, its first vertical high rise building, began construction in 2014.

Andie Ngan, chief executive officer of Bayswater, said 27 Annapolis is a project not just of massive scale but also of intricate workmanship with all its dimensions and features well thought of and made to address the end users’ needs and wants.

“At the time 27 Annapolis was being built, there were already a lot of developments going around. We did not intend to compete with them but we intended to set ourselves apart by doing a project that creates spacious living which is highlighted by spectacular city views boosted by floor to ceiling windows,” Ngan said.

Ngan said Bayswater partnered with premiere names in the industry,  architect William Coscolluela  and Megawide Construction as general contractor.
