A FEMALE passenger of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 lost her right arm when she felt dizzy, lost her balance and fell in front of a the train’s coupling mechanism at the Ayala station in Makati City yesterday.

Transportation Secretary Cesar Chavez said Angeline Fernando, 24, just got out of a northbound train at 2:35 p.m. when the incident happened.
