2017 is off to a delicious start as Resorts World Manila’s (RWM) signature restaurants give exciting new twists to classic comfort food for the month of January.

RBar at Remington Hotel perks up the familiar Pinoy beef pares with a distinctive Batangueño kick. Juicy, fork-tender beef cubes are spiked with a rich Kapeng Barako-infused sauce and topped with a perfectly poached egg, giving the Pares Ala Eh a unique balance of rustic and sophisticated flavors.

Noodle lovers are in for tasty thrills at Café Maxims and Ginzadon.  The Seafood Alfredo at Café Maxims is given a fresh and trendy update as the classic combination of linguini pasta, creamy sauce, mixed seafood, and spinach is made richer by a dollop of salted duck egg.

Japanese-Korean restaurant Ginzadon livens up a traditional Japanese noodle dish with the Green Tea Soba, earthy matcha-infused noodles, topped with torched scallops in aligue cream sauce.

Diners craving for simple thrills will be singing for joy with Tender Love – mouthwateringly juicy chicken fillets, fried to crispy perfection by the chefs of Franks, and served with tangy lemon and tartar sauce.

Impressions, RWM’s French fine-dining restaurant, guarantee a heavenly start to the year with Sweet Desire – a beautifully plated sampling of bite-sized delights. Dark chocolate and coffee ganache tartlets, red berries, coffee Chantilly cream, almond soil, and caramel macchiato all come together for a soothing symphony of flavors.
