King Sisig Royal Foods Corp. ends 4Q with rapid expansion

KING Sisig Royal Foods Corp., the company behind Bulalo World, Lechon Factory and King Sisig casual restaurant chains, successfully ends 2017 with 43 stores, including the recent opening of seven new provincial outlets and with more slated to launch soon. The fast-growing food chain enterprise is also vying again to increase its growth goals for 2018 through continued store openings in key locations in Manila and in the provinces of Central and South Luzon.

Fernando G. Iso, Assistant Vice President of King Sisig Royal Foods Corp., attributed this success to the brand’s strategic marketing strategy and aggressive expansion in key market locations in the region. Fourth quarter expansion highlights include the recent opening of King Sisig SM City San Pablo, Bulalo World SM City San Pablo, King Sisig SM Center Pulilan, Bulalo World SM Center Pulilan and the expanded Bulalo World SM City San Fernando Downtown. Scheduled to open this December are King Sisig Ayala Malls Feliz, Bulalo World Ayala Malls Feliz, King Sisig SM City San Fernando Downtown in Pampanga, King Sisig SM City Sta. Rosa and Bulalo World SM City Sta. Rosa in Laguna.

“King Sisig Royal has done tremendous strategic efforts in building the brands’ presence in key areas to operate our franchises, as well as connecting with consumers’ tastes and preferences by offering familiar yet differentiated and value-for-money food offerings. By stepping up our game, the company has successfully surpassed this year’s growth targets even amid stiff market competition,” said Iso.   

Additionally, he revealed that the brands’ captured market, specifically the shopping mall patrons, greatly contributed to the company’s laudable performance. “Our strongest King Sisig branches are located at Isetann, Metropoint, and Ever Gotesco. For Bulalo World, Dasmarinas, Isetann and Metropoint are our prime, high-performing footholds,” Iso said.   

As King Sisig Royal takes an even bolder leap to further its growth momentum, Iso is proud that the company’s expansion initiative also creates jobs for many.  “With the planned opening of additional provincial doors, employment opportunities also continue to abound for locals in the said areas. For the provincial expansion of King Sisig alone, we are hoping to create around 150 jobs, with slots ranging from management to crew members. Available slots for all brands are estimated to benefit at least 300 job applicants,” he commented.

Among the 12 new provincial branches opened this year are as follows: Four King Sisig outlets (2 in Laguna, 1 in Bulacan, 1 in Pampanga) and eight Bulalo World stores (3 in Laguna, 2 in Pampanga, 1 in Bulacan, 1 in Rizal, and 1 in Cavite. Slated to open for the first quarter of 2018 are: King Sisig and Bulalo World branches for Fairview and Bulacan, and a Laguna outlet for Lechon Factory. These locations are chosen for their potential in contributing to the fast-paced growth of the company.

Locations are SM malls so as to further strengthen in-line restaurant malls presence, Iso concluded.
