Have a fine dining Valentine’s Day

BE spoilt for choice on picking the perfect Valentine’s date with the elegantly indulgent offerings of Resorts World Manila’s (RWM) signature restaurants.

With Valentine’s Day falling on a weekday, early lovebirds can get a head start on celebrating romance by being the first to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience at RWM’s Lumina: Walkway of Lights on the evening of February 10 (Saturday).

Also available for dinner on February 13 and 14, you and your date can savor an exquisitely elegant 7-course sit-down dinner featuring the delectable creations of award-winning chefs from Marriott Hotel Manila’s Cru and Man Ho restaurants, and from RWM’s fine dining restaurants Impressions, Passion, and Ginzadon.

Lumina will be transformed into a lush rose garden with thousands of roses set against the walkway’s glowing lights. The strains of classic love songs will fill the hall, making it a true feast for all your senses.

Café Maxims gives the convenience of ordering flowers and treats along with Valentine’s lunch or dinner. From February 12-14, guests can order fresh flower bouquets, long-stemmed roses, and Love and Kisses Cakes to go with Café Maxims’ special Valentine’s meal. Love at Steak features sirloin steak slices prepared to your liking and served with grilled vegetables and cheesy baked fettuccine, and is available from February 12-18.

Give your date a taste of Paris with Impressions’ Date Night set menu on February 14. The four-course dinner menu features the best of French cuisine, artfully plated and perfectly prepared to light up the senses.

Couples who have a special appreciation for puns and great value meals will love Silogue’s Pares with Love.

Ginzadon, RWM’s Korean and Japanese restaurant presents diners with its Grillin’ and Lovin’ sets which are generous enough for two, and comes with your choice of Grilled Salmon Teriyaki Fillet, or Grilled Wagyu Beef with King Prawns. Available for the entire month of February, the Grillin’ and Lovin’ sets are served with Canadian Maki, Japanese hotpot, steamed rice, and strawberry ice cream with choco-glazed banana.

There are few things more romantic than a candlelit dinner under the stars, and The Terrace at the poolside of theall-suite Maxims Hotel takes it up a notch for Valentine’s evening with a gourmet set dinner, a sommelier’s selection of wine pairings, floral arrangements, and languorous lighting by the poolside for an unforgettable date.
