An appetizing Soft Shell Crab Tempura served with Petite Salad, and Citrus and Tobiko Vinaigrette makes for the perfect starter—light yet flavorful, preparing the appetite for a hefty entrée. A choice of Turkey Roulade with Purple Potato Mousseline, Aromatic Vegetables, and Natural Jus, or Grilled US Angus Striploin with Confit Marble Potatoes, Roasted Oyster Mushrooms, and Red Wine Sauce, are primed to emulate the extravagance of the holidays with these main courses’ remarkable taste.

Dessert ends this gastronomical journey with a bang—a choice of Orange Chocolate Tart or Quesode Bola Cheesecake that will satisfy one’s sweet tooth with hints of tangy or salty flavors playing in the background.

The serene ambiance of Tagaytay and breathtaking view of the famous Taal Lake and Volcano makes this 3-course Holiday Meal even more enjoyable. After all, what better way of celebrating the most joyful time of the year than to dine on delectable dishes with friends and family in a quaint, cozy manor in the cool, tranquil countryside.

The Holiday set menu is the brainchild of Executive Chef Jayjay Sycip, Restaurant Verbena’s new Executive Chef.
