Rachelle Ann singing beautiful music with American businessman

Comedienne Cacai Bautista is finally over with actor Ahron Villena.

“Aaminin ko,” she sighed, “sobrang nasaktan ako noong una nang ma-realize ko na umaasa pala ako sa wala. But, in the end, natuklasan ko na kusang naghihilom ang sugat. Well, in time.”

Bautista was at the premiere of the movie “Can We Still Be Friends?” to show support for its lead actress Arci Munoz. She is good friends with Arci, who just suffered a broken heart, too.

She said unlike Muñoz, who is entertaining suitors and is dating, she will be taking it slow before falling in love again.

“I’m concentrating on my showbiz career,” she said. “Medyo matagal-tagal na ring wala akong ginagawa, although I have a number of personal appearance commitments that keep me busy.”

Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado has been released from the hospital after an appendectomy.

“The first thing I did nang lumabas ako ng ospital was to visit my husband (former Senator Bong Revilla) at the PNP. Damang dama ko kung gaano siya nag-worry nang operahan ako,” Mercado stated.

While recuperating, she is overlooking the preparation for the celebration of the fifth anniversary of Bacoor as a city.

It was during her term as Bacoor representative that Bacoor attained cityhood.

Kris Aquino had her mansion – because it is far from just being a big dwelling place – blessed recently, with no less than Vice President Leni Robredo and the three Robredo daughters in attendance.

Also at the event were Kris’ showbiz friends – Kim Chiu, K Brosas, Karla Estrada and Vice Ganda.

Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, who, is being linked to Aquino, was not at the blessing.

In any case, a big attraction in the Aquino mansion is the arcade for her two sons, Joshua and Bimby.

Kris reportedly is in Singapore filming her first Hollywood movie.

Rachelle Ann Go is in love.

Now based in New York City, the Filipina actress is frequently seen with American business Martin Spies. The lovebirds were last spotted dining at a plush restaurant reportedly to celebrate Spies’ 30th birthday.

“Thank you for being amazing! Happy 30th Marthinus!!! #MJSbig30,” wrote Rachelle Ann as caption to their photo on Instagram.

The comments section was filled with “kilig” messages for the two. Fans were obviously delighted to see the actress blooming beside a good-looking fellow.

Before leaving for London to join the revival of “Miss Saigon” on West End, Go enjoyed a steady career in the Philippines. She was also linked to Gab Valenciano and Christian Bautista. She was also paired  with Mark Bautista, who is reprising the role of   President
Ferdinand Marcos, in a play called “Here Lies Love,” currently being staged at the Bagley Wright Theater in Seattle, Washington.

Speaking of Gab Valenciano, he’s more determined than ever to learn how to direct.

The younger son of showbiz icon Gary Valenciano, Gab is also an expert dancer and singer like his dad. Obviously, he is expanding his horizon and looking at developing other skills.

He was recently in “I Can Do That,” ABS-CBN’s reality show where participants were challenged to learn a new skill. He emerged as third runner-up.

It was comedian Wacky Kiray who romped away with the title “The Greatest Entertainer” in the show.

Back from the US is Diether Ocampo, who has been away from the local showbiz scene for over a year. The actor appeared with Megan Young in the Father’s Day presentation of “Magpakailanman,” on GMA 7.

He was a contract talent of ABS-CBN before moving to TV5 and starring in “Bakit Manipis ang Ulap?”

Now it can be told. Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla never discussed his break-up with girlfriend Jodi Sta. Maria because he was working on winning her back. Now they are back in each other’s arms.

It was Vice Gov. Jolo who reportedly drove Jodi to school on her first day at the Southville University in Parañaque City, where she is enroled in B.S. Psychology.

Jodi plans to become a doctor.

Vice Gov Jolo, on the other hand, might be active on TV once more. He is expected to guest in the primetime series, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which has Coco Martin playing the title role.
